The pavilion with its high natural alang alang grass ceiling, the tall supporting coconut columns and the cool cream terrazzo paved floors is the very essence of tropical living. Overhead ceiling fans and gentle sea breezes keep everyone cool and the ample lounge area seating assures that there is room for everyone to relax. The lounge has a music system with surround sound speakers in the ceiling. The 3 meter antique wood dining table in the separate dining pavilion for 12 makes for easy and elegant dining.

A separate air -conditioned indoor study has a Television unit complete with VCD or DVD and Video systems. A second upstairs casual open living area also has a Television unit with VCD, Video and Play station systems as well as a pool table for your enjoyment.

The grounds are beautifully grassed and maintained. The wonderful 15 meter long swimming pool is lined with green stone with a white Palimanan stone surround. Booking Villa Maridadi

The riverside Villa Mattisse is hidden away in the heart of the traditional fishing village of Seseh, just footsteps away from the beach on Bali southwest coast. The villa can accommodate up to ten guests; there are four double bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms, and a fifth bedroom with a single bed. Two of the bedrooms are situated within self-contained guest houses in the garden, and there is also a large swimming pool that almost seems to overflow into the river. The style is unashamedly romantic, and the funky colonial architecture is enhanced by a thatched roof and a bold black, white and silver decor.

You will find Villa Sansil in Pantai Seseh . Between Canggu and Tanah ot only 20 minutes “out of town Seminyak “. There were the picturesque coconut road through the rice fields ends in the ocean. Pantai Seseh is a small traditional fishing Village with an ancient sea temple. This two bedroom villa with a large traditional wooden veranda and terrazzo floors is surrounded by the ocean, trees, rice fields and a river.

10 minutes by car will bring you to Asia’s most spectacular 18 hole Golf course and famous temple of Tanah lot. If you are a surfer, there is a good break in front of the house and the famous Canggu break is just a stroll away. If not, for sure you’ll enjoy watching them taking the best waves right in front of the villa. While either on your pool bed, sitting on the veranda or in the Balinese Gazebo near the beach, the deep harmony of the ocean keeps entertaining you.

At night the ocean is full of glimpses of hundreds of fishermen’s lights. Listen to the crickets and frogs at sunset, feel the sea breeze day and night that comes to touch and cool you. Everything is at ease. When you are tired of all relaxation and ready for the hottest restaurants, party or the best shopping, Seminyak is only 20 minutes away.

Accommodation

Villa Sansil is also a favorite location for honeymoon. The bedrooms are completed with mosquito net, overhead fan and AC. They are overlooking – besides the ocean – the large tropical garden, swimming pool and lotus pond. Enter Villa Asmara through traditional antique doors which lead you across the palimanan stepping stones and over a lily pond with water features. The living and dining area are open-air located on the ground floor overlooking gardens and the swimming pool with a large stone Buddha water feature. The garden lawns are perfectly manicured with tropical palms and plantation. The salt water swimming pool (14m x 5m) is equipped with pool loungers and umbrella.

Beach front villas in canggu – Villa Semarapura is a beachfront villa, located between Canggu and Tanah Lot, 20 minutes from Seminyak on Bali’s southwest coast. This private Bali rental villa is comprised of a series of pavilions, swimming pool and ornamental ponds, leisurely spread throughout an expansive 5000 square metres of rolling lawns. Living, dining and sleeping pavilions feature glass doors; the villa has a 180-degree panoramic sea view with magnificent Bali sunsets.

Accommodation at the villa includes five spacious bedrooms with lavish ensuite bathrooms, an elevated open air living room, a stand-alone dining pavilion, a comfortable home theatre incorporating a game room with built-in bar, and a feature kitchen. Facilities include a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a car with a driver, WiFi internet access and use of a tennis court. The stunning gardens, timber decks, outdoor alfresco expansive bar and relaxation pavilions also make Villa Semarapura a classic venue for Bali weddings and events.

The rugged black sand Cemagi Beach is just a few metres away and the glorious views take in the distant volcanoes, dramatic coastline and neighbouring Hindu sea temple of Pura Bata Ngandang, perched on a rocky outcrop and lashed by the waves of the Indian Ocean.

The five expansive bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. All have timber floors and all are equipped with TVs, DVD players and iPod docks. Four bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and one is furnished with twin beds that can be converted to a king bed. All have walk-in robes apart from the twin bedroom, where the wardrobes are positioned in the corridor. Ensuite bathrooms feature andesite floors, granite vanities, white bathtubs and walk in mosaic showers. Four of the bathrooms boast an outdoor shower as well as an indoor shower.

The standalone Master Suite is blessed with beautiful views. It features an entrance hallway, full length walk-in robes, and a bathroom with double washbasins and a double bathtub extending into a large private garden, which is the location of the open air shower. At the front is a covered terrace leading onto a timber deck with a Jacuzzi. Additionally, steps lead down to a private bale relaxation pavilion, bordered by plants for privacy.
