Shalimar, which means nest of love, comprises the 6 bedroom villa KALIMA, the 4 bedroom villa MAKANDA, and the 2 bedroom CANTIK. You may rent any one of the villas on a individual basis or you may choose a combination or large groups may wish to rent the whole complex with its total of 12 bedrooms, accommodating twenty four guests.

Shalimar is the perfect location for parties, weddings and other larger events, but also for a relaxing and overwhelming luxurious holiday stay for larger groups. Located on the beach of Pantai Seseh; Shalimar has an astonishing view over the surrounding rice fields and the ocean. This large and luxurious complex offers three individual homes with 6, 4, and 2 bedrooms directly on the beach.

Villa Shalimar Rooms Each home consists of the main house with a large open lounge area connected to the kitchen and the open wooden veranda in the front that leads directly to the pool. The house is 2 storeys high and it has got an excellent all-around view over the rice paddies in the back and frontal ocean front in the front. Two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms as separate bungalows attached to the main house. Each house has its own large pool with relaxing beds in the pool.

Villa Makanda
4 AC bedrooms positioned over two different level. All bedrooms have large bathrooms and all bathrooms have shower and bath tubs. A private swimming pool of 9×20 meters with 1.40 depth at the deepest end. Large open living and dining area (sits 12). 6 AC bedrooms positioned over three different levels. All bedrooms have large bathrooms. Downstairs the bedrooms have showers and all other bathrooms have shower and bath tub. A private swimming pool of 9×20 meters with 1.40 depth at the deepest end. In the pool a wooden table at the shallow part of the pool with sun umbrella. Three relaxation beds built-in within the pool. Large open air living and dining area (sits 12). Awan Biru is certainly the most luxurious villa of the area due to its environment, size, architecture, quality of service and interior design. The traditional architectural style is matching with the most modern equipment to give to the guests a unique experience of Bali.

Situated in the north of Ubud at the edge of the volcano slope, this 5 bedrooms villa is located on 1.15 ha land slopping from the top of the hill until a dramatic river valley. Terrace rice fields, temples, river and even the famous mount Agung are surrounding this place blessed by the gods and the nature.

The different buildings composing this 1200 m2 5 bedrooms villa are situated on the top of the hill overlooking the surrounding, a 132 m2 amazing swimming pool and the valley. The bedrooms are different and are perfectly decorated with a interior design dedicated for each of them to a specific region of Indonesia such as Sumba, Sumbawa, .. and of course Bali. All the bedrooms are fully equipped with air-conditioned, flat screen TV with satellite and DVD, stereo system, wireless internet access and one of them features its one private swimming pool. Booking Villa Awan Biru

Villa Atas Awan is a serene complex of two magnificent wooden houses separated by a stunning 30 meter swimming pool. The houses, perched on a hillside among rice paddies 20 minutes north of Ubud, provide grand vistas of Bali’s central mountain range. The expansive gardens, pool decks and open sitting areas on the first and second floors of the house provide wonderful spaces for outdoor living.

The houses, which are over 100 years old, were transported from Java and reconstructed on former rice paddies on the edge of a small village. The only sounds heard at Villa Atas Awan are those of nature; birds, insects and the occasional crow of a rooster. After a day relaxing in the peace and serenity of Villa Atas Awan a trip to the small, artistic town of Ubud feels like a visit to a bustling city.

Ubud, which is reached by driving through small villages and picturesque rice paddies , is Bali’s artistic capital. All manner of artist, whether working in stone, paint, wood or ceramic is located in Ubud. The town boasts arts galleries, shops, a wide variety of restaurants as well as cultural shows, bookstores and supermarkets. Ubud is approximately 75 minutes from Bali’s international airport.

The houses, which were built by two brothers, reflect their love of outdoor living and Balinese art. In total there are seven bedrooms that can easily accommodate 14 or more people. The complex is ideal for groups whether they be families, seminars, yoga retreats or other groups. The 30 meter pool is perfect for relaxing or for those who like more strenuous exercise such as swimming laps. The house has 4 full time staff with a driver on call. Villa Atas Awan is ably managed by Miss Rita Dewi and her staff at Red Lotus Bali. The Red Lotus staffs, including the house manager at Villa Atas Awan, are all fluent English speakers.

Our staff will provide you with daily breakfast, keep the house clean and comfortable and provide you with suggestions and information to make your stay more enjoyable. Accommodation

One enters Villa Atas Awan through the outer courtyard which is graced with a beautiful fountain, pond and Balinese statues. Climbing the stairs through double Balinese doors the first sight is of another tranquil fountain surrounded by a plethora of tropical plants. A path leads left to Villa Atas and left to Villa Awan.

Both villas are century old wooden houses reconstructed in a quiet rural setting The houses, which have been updated with modern baths and electrical appliances, are anchored by solid pillars of ironwood and finished in teak and other tropical woods.

Both houses have a spacious ground floor living area. Open on all sides, except when guests wish to lower protective shutters, the ground floor contains living and dining space as well as the kitchen. Large decks surround the houses on three sides. Both houses have couches and chairs made of natural materials for relaxing on the ground floor. The dining tables, both hewn from native wood, sit 10 in Villa Atas and 12 in Villa Awan. Villa Awan also provides a smaller breakfast area adjacent to the kitchen while Villa Atas has a comfortable Balinese day bed overlooking the pool that is perfect for relaxing.

Both villas have separate outdoor bath and shower areas on the ground floor. These areas, created of natural stone and terrazzo, are wonderful examples of local craftsmanship.

Villa Atas comfortably sleeps six in queen size beds in three bedrooms. The guest bedrooms all have large bath tubs and showers. This villa has a one of kind infinity bath tub in rear of the house on the second floor with magnificent views of a river gorge as well as rice paddies in the distance. The second floor suites in both houses have sliding glass panels that open to beautiful vistas of mountains and rice paddies.

Villa Awan sleeps eight in two twin bedded rooms, a guest room with a king sized bed and the master bedroom with a beautiful hand built Balinese bed. The second floor of Villa Awan has two large baths with both bath tubs and showers for the three second floor guest bedrooms. Both of the villas have wonderful outdoor decks with comfortable sitting arrangements that are perfect for enjoying the tropical breezes that keep Villa Atas Awan so comfortable.

The top floor of both houses, like the bridge of a ship over- looking a sea of green, comprises the spacious master suites. Each suite has a unique bathroom which boast large bathtubs and rain head showers as well as beautiful views over the countryside. Each master suite also boast is own small outdoor deck which are perfect to view both sunrise and the approach of the moon.

The property is built above the flowing Payogan River; the villa reflects traditional elements of Balinese architecture incorporating all modern comforts. The splendid five-bedroom property known as Villa Niloufar, meaning LOTUS in Persian, rests in blissful seclusion in a rural setting in southwest Bali. It is an ideal destination for guests who want to escape and enjoy relaxation, fitness, and wellbeing within a stunning location.

Niloufar is just twenty minutes drive from the trendy and buzzing area of Seminyak/Oberoi, where Bali most popular beaches, chic boutiques, excellent restaurants and fashionable bars are located. The nearest beach, Canggu, is a short 5-minute drive away. The nearest golf course, Nirvana (designed by Greg Norman), is 10 minutes away.

Rooftop water-lily ponds serve the double purpose of being aesthetically pleasing to the eye while, at the same time, providing a natural cooling system as each roof acts as a dense thermal insulator. Entrance

Villa Niloufar is approached via a spacious car park with a security post and an openwork metal pivot gate. Guests will then walk past the first of the two, stunning rooftop lily ponds as they descend a stone stairway into the main, open-air entrance area with its natural stone walls. From here, the full visual impact of the villa takes effect. Eyes will be drawn along the length of an elevated, ornamental pond, past immaculate lawns towards the swimming pool, the river and rice terrace beyond. A pair of welcome statues from the island of Nias rest in front of the entrance hall, and from here guests will look across to the main living and dining area capped with another lotus pond roof.

Living & Dining Room

The expansive living and dining area is open on three sides and features a terrazzo floor. It is cooled by natural breezes and ceiling fans, and amply furnished with an abundance of large segmented daybeds, ottomans and cushions. The décor presents fresh white and natural stone walls complemented by teakwood panels. An antique Timorese dining table for twelve is positioned next to a terrazzo bar, while rustic artwork and primitive statues complete the fusion of ancient and avant-garde. There is a spacious guest washroom located off the living area, complete with a walk-in rainshower.

Kitchen

The kitchen is conveniently located behind the bar, close to the dining area. It is fully equipped with everything that the chef needs in order to prepare delicious meals, in accordance with the needs and whims of his guests. A wet kitchen and a laundry are both tucked away out of sight at the back, together with the service area, staff quarters and staff entrance.

TV Room

The air-conditioned TV room is located off the living room, and is fully equipped with the hi-tech facilities of a Pionner home theatre, including a Samsung 42-inch plasma TV with 45 channels, a Pionner DVD/CD player, a Sansui 4X300 watts amplifier, and four BMB speakers sufficient power for a discotheque! The room is furnished with comfy segmented sofas and a built-in terrazzo shelf unit.

Gym

The gym is located a lower level than the main living and dining area, underneath the swimming pool and overlooking the river. It is accessed by descending an external stairway. The villa gym includes a range of excellent equipment with elliptic, power plates, treadmill, steps… and air conditioning (of course!). There is also a TV and DVD player in the gym and an outdoor shower on the approach.

Bedrooms

There are five self-contained bedrooms at Villa Niloufar, three of which are tucked under a lotus pond roof. There are two master bedrooms; one is located on an upper level and is very private with a terrace and daybed overlooking the magnificent lotus pond above the living area. This spacious room features sliding glass doors to maximise the spectacular view, a custom built teakwood king size bed, hanging space and storage units. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with washbasins carved out of rock and a walk-in shower and toilet within separate glassed areas. An additional walled, garden, bathing area, open to the sky and planted with palms and bougainvillea, is dominated by an oversized, deep bathtub, which has also been carved out of solid black rock.

The second master bedroom embraces lovely views of the garden and terraced rice field. Doors on either side of the king size teak bed open into the bathroom, complete with a large terrazzo tub, twin washbasins, a walk in shower and toilet.

The remaining three bedrooms are all quite similar to each other, yet each one has its own characteristics. Each is furnished with a king size bed and built in wardrobes and storage space. Each bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rainshower, twin washbasins and a toilet. One of these bedrooms features an outdoor shower in a walled garden bathroom.

Each bedroom is equipped with a safe deposit box.

Swimming Pool & Massage Bale

The 17 x 5 metre, swimming pool is located beside the living area. It features an infinity edge on two sides, and is bordered by an ironwood deck that extends the length and one side of the pool. No chemicals are used in the pool; instead it employs an advanced ioniser filter system that is soft on the earth and gentle on the skin. The deck is furnished with deeply cushioned, Hishem synthetic rattan sunloungers. On the far side of the pool is a thatched riverside bale, which is a delightful spot for a massage.

Garden & River

The fast-flowing river is particularly beautiful; the river bank is accessed by a winding path and steps, and its jungle environs are restful and cool. The ‘bale bengong relaxation pavilion an enchanting, lazy, breezy gazebo, sheltered by an alang alang roof and supported by pillars is positioned in a strategic place, so that guests can relax and enjoy the tranquillity The Balinese word bengong means lost in thought, and bale means an abode, so a bale bengong is literally a contemplation house, designed for reflection, dreaming and meditation. Shady mature trees include majestic breadfruit, figs and towering palms, together with creepers and ferns. On the far side of the river is a picturesque rice terrace. The extensive grounds are landscaped with flat lawns punctuated with palms. From the swimming pool level, the garden cascades down to the valley; and is planted with many varieties of flowering shrubs. In addition to the main ornamental pond and the two rooftop lotus ponds, another pebble-lined pond rests beside the living area. Guests will be lulled by the soothing flow of the river and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature, butterflies and birds.

Booking Villa Niloufar

Nestled in the rolling green rice terraces close to Canggu, Villa Frangipani is a peaceful rural sanctuary, built on the side of a small valley. With a tranquil river at the foot of the garden, this charming villa is hidden away from all the worldly hustle and bustle, enveloped by tall trees and mature gardens to ensure total privacy.

The villa buildings have a regal Javanese feel with shingle roofs, wooden floors and solid wood doors and window frames. All the rooms feature giant oversized pieces of antique furniture with enormous and romantic day beds a particular treat. A covered outdoor living area opens out from the indoor living room, providing a great space for al fresco dining and an adjacent sun deck promotes all day lounging by the pool.

Concealed at the bottom of the garden is a separate bedroom bungalow with en suite facilities. The bungalow is fronted by its own covered terrace, which overlooks the gardens. With its proximity to the river, this is the perfect spot to sit and watch colorful kingfishers and other native bird life, flitting up and down the river valley.

Villa Bukit Naga is situated on the outskirts of Banjar Selat – a quiet, traditional Balinese village approximately twenty minutes east of Ubud, the cultural and artistic capital of Bali. The estate overlooks a lush tropical valley in which the Sang Sang and Ayuverda rivers converge. It has views to the west of the slopes of three of Bali’s majestic volcanoes, and away to the East one can catch glimpses of the holy Mount Agung.

Bukit Naga is a perfect base from which to explore the many facets of this fabulous island. Expert guidance is always at hand to offer advice on all aspects of your holiday, from shopping and sightseeing to spiritualism and serenity.

Ubud boasts many fine restaurants (amongst these Mozaic must rate as one of the finest eating establishments in the southern hemisphere) and also offers fantastic shopping, where jewellery, ceramics, paintings, traditional fabrics, and antique and reproduction Indonesian artifacts can be purchased at very reasonable prices.

To the East, the resort of Candi Dasa is a forty five-minute drive. An hour to the west lie the more popular sands of Legian or Canggu Beach and some very fine beachfront restaurants. For those wishing to explore further inland, the villa is ideally placed for trips to Kintamani and Lake Batur. Additionally the Bali Bird and Reptile Park is a thirty-minute drive away. White water rafting and an Elephant safari are also within easy reach of the villa.

Villa Bukit Naga sleeps a total of twelve guests in six spacious suites. There is a one-bedroom guest villa, a huge two-bedroom guesthouse, and the three-bedroom main house. All suites are fully air-conditioned and feature private dressing rooms and large marble bathrooms. Imposing hand-made two-meter square Balinese beds, luxurious cotton sheets, and fine denier mosquito nets ensure an excellent nights sleep. All bedrooms and bathrooms have telephone lines for IDD calls and in house calls.

The Main House
The two ground floor bedrooms are identical in size, and both feature indoor as well as outdoor showers set in an ornamental garden. There seems to be endless hanging space in the well-appointed dressing rooms, while individually controlled air conditioning units and powerful ceiling fans keep the rooms pleasantly cool. A double staircase leads up to the master suite, occupying the whole of the first floor of the house. Exquisite touches in the master suite’s interior design make it a very special place to stay. The bathroom and dressing room are very spacious, with a comfortable office and book library adjacent. There is direct access from the suite to a large open-air cocktail lounge and bar area with ample seating on Balinese sofas. Whether it be for sun-downers, snoozing, or a peaceful breakfast, this comfortable area affords spectacular views over the valley below.

One Bedroom Villa
This delightful suite is set a few meters from the Main House and sleeps two people in privacy and comfort. A large balcony looks over the lush jungle of the river valley below where guests often take breakfast, afternoon tea, or just a nap on the comfortable day bed. The dressing room and bathroom are tiled in green Javanese marble and lead out to a wonderful secluded garden with a jungle Jacuzzi. High walls surround the villa, making this suite the ultimate retreat for those seeking privacy and peace.

Two Bedroom Villa
Ideal for a family of four or two couples sharing, this two-story private house is the ultimate in self-contained luxury. The ground floor features the huge master suite, a marble floored living room, private bar and gymnasium. A hardwood spiral staircase leads up to the second bedroom, with a large balcony offering stunning views over the river valley and to the mountains beyond. This villa also features a private terrace and infinity plunge pool set in beautiful gardens.

Other Features
A fully equipped kitchen and resident chef ensure that our guests’ tastes and dietary requirements can be catered for. Menus feature Balinese and Western cuisine and meals can be served inside or outside the main house, or in the privacy of your villa.

Bukit Naga boasts an extensive DVD and music library with over three hundred and fifty films and more than five hundred music CDs. Located in the Main House, the den has comfortable sofas, as well as the latest television, digital video and audio equipment. The emphasis of this property is tranquility and relaxation. The villa employs an experienced full-time manager and a staff of ten (including a resident chef, a waitress, housekeepers, a driver, gardeners and a security guard).

The Arsana Estate is located in Tohjiwa, one of the prettiest villages in Bali, set amidst the rice fields of the Tabanan Regency and perched amongst a set of lush terraces overlooking a raw tropical jungle backdrop.

Arsana means ‘flow’ in Sanskrit, a language close to the hearts of the Balinese Hindu locals. The meandering Sungi River runs through the foot of the property and reflects the feng shui that pervades throughout the estate. The Master Suite

To awaken in the Master Suite is a truly magical experience. The view from your kingsize bed overlooking the dense tropical palms provides a constant reminder of the untapped natural surroundings of the estate. The bedroom feels as though it is “floating” over the jungle below

The yellow-themed master suite comprises an air-conditioned study room, which is almost completely surrounded by glass, an air-conditioned TV room with a wall-mounted, 32-inch screen satellite TV, DVD player and quality sound system, a bedroom, dressing area and bathroom. There are two open air seating areas:-the “sunken lounge” overlooking the jungle and ideal for an early morning cup of tea, and an open-air relaxation bale with a huge cushioned daybed. The bale is a great spot for relaxing with a book or a cocktail; it enjoys gorgeous views of the garden and the sunsets.

One Bedroom Villas

Each air-conditioned bedroom is housed within a self-contained pavilion, secluded and private. There are two one bedroom villas, the “red room” and the “blue room” which both accommodate comfortable queen size beds.

Both bedrooms enjoy plenty of light, and each boasts its own verandah at the front, affording wonderful views of the valley. Each bedroom features sliding glass doors at the front, and windows on two sides, making the most of the spectacular views; when the doors are opened the interior becomes at one with nature.

Twin Bed Villa

One villa has been specifically designed with friends or children in mind and has two twin beds within a similarly designed setting. The beds can also be moved together to accommodate couples

Each of the cream terrazzo bathrooms are bordered by a bulrush pond, and each features a sunken soaking tub, a toilet within its own frosted glass cubicle, and a spacious, glass shower cubicle. Glass doors fold open to create an open-air experience. Guests’ privacy is protected by the presence of peaceful Buddha statues, each one resting in front of the high walls that girdle each pond.

Living Areas

This is the social hub of the villa, an impressive symmetrical two tier building which presides over the terraces and swimming pool. The upper level includes a hip cocktail bar, huge lounge area, a dining area and an open breakfast bar. This area can be as intimate or grand as required. For more formal entertaining it’s capable of housing up to seventy seated for dinner on the upper level or over one hundred for cocktails and canapés. The fan-cooled spaces feature glass walls that can be opened up completely to create a truly tropical open-living experience or an alfresco dining experience.

The lower level includes two cosy inlets perfect for massage treatments, an eighteen metre infinity pool overlooking your own jungle paradise and a large poolside area, perfect for open air daytime dining. The poolside is also the perfect party venue with the capability to house up to one hundred guests for sunset cocktails!

Dining Room

The large dining room is a mirror version of the living room, situated on the opposite side of the open-air terrace. The room is furnished with an impressive glass-topped dining table that seats fourteen people in comfortable cushioned dining chairs. Like the living room, it boasts glass walls on three sides, which folds open onto the terrace. The Estate’s chef will prepare for you a sumptuous meal to your own personal taste, ensuring you will enjoy fine dining in this al fresco setting.

Billiard and Games Room

Many a billiard game can be played out in this modern billiard room, located in a private room off the ‘Hub’. The room houses a billiard table, a chess set, two big armchairs and a host of bar stools positioned next to a bar-shelf, where guests can sit and rest their drinks while watching their opponents at work.

Poolside Dining Area

Whether you decide to enjoy breakfast or lunch here the poolside dining lounge is a cool, informal area to snack and chat in the midst of nature’s luxury. Set at the side of your own eighteen metre pool, this cosy niche is perfect for breakfasts and lunchtime buffets alike!

The Pool

Undeniably one of the largest villa pools on the island, an infinity pool rests at the foot of the Hub, fed into by a fifteen metre cascading water feature.

The 18 x 6 metre swimming pool features two infinity edges and boasts an ironwood deck that extends the length of the pool and almost appears to float upon the surface of the water. There is a separate pool designed for the kids..or kids at heart!

Both decks are furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, and there is also an outdoor pool-shower.

The pool is lined with a stunning slate stone that sparkles with streaks of gold. Next to it is a white Palimanan stone pool bar with a table and built-in cushioned daybeds for lounging and enjoying barbeques, tapas, drinks or expressos from the bar.

Two massage rooms are located beside the pool, and at the far end of the pool is a riverside bale, which is also a delightful spot for a massage.

Booking The Arsana Estate

In the quiet, unspoiled village of Lodtunduh, three kilometers south of Ubud, Villa Pantulan overlooks verdant rice fields and Mount Batukaru. From the moment our gates are opened, you enter a world of enchantment, seclusion and tranquility, far from the noisy, crowded beach hotels and busy roads of Bali.

Villa Pantulan comprises four pavilions, an artists studio and a meditation/massage bale. All buildings have traditional alang alang roofs (thatched), wood and terrazzo floors. The five bedrooms, which sleep ten comfortably, have sliding louvered and glass doors that open up completely to allow the cool mountain air to circulate and all rooms have ceiling fans.

The open environment of Villa Pantulan is an ever-changing scene depending on the season. The rice fields glimmer in shades of green and brown, and at sunset, when the sun descends behind the tree line, the frogs and crickets begin their nightly symphony and the mountain air brings a cool breeze.

The villa is built around several water features including a reflecting pond, lily pond, swimming pool and a small bamboo forest waterfall. It is well suited for small weddings, a health/yoga retreat, or a corporate team seeking privacy and luxury.
We take great pride in the beauty of our home and have furnished it with many exquisite works of art both modern and antique. Great care has been taken to provide our guests with as many amenities as possible. Beautiful Balinese cotton kimonos and slippers are available for your comfort and to take home as a souvenir of Villa Pantulan.

Pavilions

The Pantulan Pavilion includes a living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, library, entertainment room and bathroom. All spaces are connected by a soaring alang alang roof and walkways to each separate pavilion offering panoramic views to the rest of the house and the rice fields beyond.

Our gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to allow our staff to create memorable meals for your pleasure, offering both European and Balinese meals upon request. We also offer fine Australian wines, as well as a selection of beers and soft drinks. Breakfast is included in your package.

The Dining Room

The dining room is an extension of the kitchen dominated by a five meter mirbau wood table. Seating sixteen people comfortably, it overlooks the reflecting pond on one side and the bamboo waterfall on the other.

The Living Room

The living room is open to the rice fields and the lotus pond. The comfortable terrazzo seating is covered in cushions decorated in navy and gray Balinese cotton. A small table situated on the
rice field side gives splendid views in the morning while taking breakfast, or for playing games on a hot afternoon.

Above the living room, the library contains a PC and printer for your convenience. As of now, there is no internet connection available at Villa Pantulan.
However, there are many excellent connections in Ubud, ten minutes away. It is also a comfortable place to read in privacy.

Our entertainment room includes a satellite television, DVD, music system and a Playstation. There are over 200 DVDs, as well as many CDs for your entertainment. Comfortably decorated in shades of green, the surround seating and futon mattress make it hard to leave this comfortable viewing room.

The bathroom conveniently situated next to the entertainment room is also used as a pool bathroom. Like all the bathrooms at Villa Pantulan, it has its own exterior garden.

The Lotus Pavilion

The Lotus Pavilion is a two-story structure comprising sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. On the ground floor, a stunning wall carving depicting village life adorns the back wall. A small sofa, two chairs, a coffee table and a sofa table are covered in brown Balinese cotton. On the table and long benches are fine examples of Balinese glass and traditional wooden boat.

Upstairs, a large bedroom overlooks the rice field and swimming pool. A beautiful white stone Buddha head decorates the back of the bed.

The bathroom on the ground floor is a striking bamboo and white pebble garden designed around the outdoor shower. Two porcelain bowls set on terrazzo counters and Italian lighting fixtures make this a stunning bathroom.

The Temple Garden Pavilion

The Temple Garden Pavilion has two bedrooms, both decorated in shades of tropical green and deep sea blue. In each room, a queen size bed is surrounded by a white mosquito net

Swimming Pool

Beyond Pantulan Pavilion is the swimming pool. Built for laps, it is twenty-five meters long with an infinity edge flowing towards the rice fields.

The Rice Field Pavilion

Behind the Lotus Pavilion, tucked away discretely behind the wall, is the Rice Field Pavilion. A two bedrooms structure decorated in shades of Irish green, Balinese red and black add dramatic flair to an already dramatic setting.

Massage Bale

At the south end of the pool is a massage/meditation bale. A single storey structure decorated with fine white cotton curtains for privacy. All massage therapists can be booked through our villa manager.

Laundry

Our staff will be pleased to take care of your simple laundry needs. If you should require dry cleaning, it will be sent out at an additional charge.

Booking Villa Pantulan

The riverside Villa Mattisse is hidden away in the heart of the traditional fishing village of Seseh, just footsteps away from the beach on Bali southwest coast. The villa can accommodate up to ten guests; there are four double bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms, and a fifth bedroom with a single bed. Two of the bedrooms are situated within self-contained guest houses in the garden, and there is also a large swimming pool that almost seems to overflow into the river. The style is unashamedly romantic, and the funky colonial architecture is enhanced by a thatched roof and a bold black, white and silver decor.

Floor plan : There is a main building with two storey’s and there are two separate guest bungalows in the garden located at each end of the pool. The Main house consists of a kitchen and living-area downstairs with a large veranda in front of the total length of the house. There is a separate TV/computer and lounge area in the middle. The large upstairs floor is divided into two (double bed) bedrooms and they each have a separate bathroom (shower) and relax corner overlooking the pool, river and sea.
