The master bedroom and study half of the villa can be closed off to provide a charming 2 bedroom villa with it’s own pool and private entrance. This option has 1 king bed and 2 single beds and is suitable for a maximum of 4 guests. The adjacent main villa has three large bedrooms each with king sized beds. This option which is suitable for a maximum of 6 guests, also has a living and dining pavillion as well as the main pool. All four bedrooms and study have air conditioning, and bathrooms attatched. The fully appointed rooms use the highest grade of white fresh linen and soft pillows for peaceful relaxation at the end of your vacation day.

All rooms have pool & or garden views. The modern interior design contrasts with the traditional alang alang (thatched) roofing. The private en-suite bathrooms with double sinks and modern facilities ensure a unique Bali outdoor bathing experience. Booking Villa Sembilan

Bali Villa Lotus is a large modern architecturally-designed luxury villa, completed in November 2006. This luxurious private villa located in the bustling area of Seminyak-Bali where the Bali’s fashionable crowd lives and plays. Only a short stroll from the Petitenget beach and many trendy restaurants in the area, including Ku De Ta, La Lucciola, Hu’u Bar, Soho and Living Room.

The main House of Bali Villa Lotus has three large king sized double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and there is a separate bungalow with king sized bedroom and ensuite. The bungalow has a separate private entrance, so the property could be rented as three or four bedrooms. All four rooms have LCD flat screen TVs, surround sound DVD player systems and Artcool silent airconditioners.

The main living area is open plan, with kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen has state of the art European appliances. The dining area has a large dining table and chairs for up to eight people. The living area has comfortable sofas and chairs and state of the art Sony 40 inch LCD TV and surround sound DVD system and satellite TV. The Living area can be completely opened up to the lush gardens or if preferred can be closed with bi folding doors and full aircon.

The house and gardens are surrounded by lotus ponds. The area is very quiet and the only sounds at night are that of the waves from the nearby ocean or the frogs croaking in the ponds. There is a large pool with sun deck and bale. The villa provides full maid service and can provide chef service or driver on request.

If you prefer golf, Bali Villa Lotus is only 20 minutes drive from the famous Nirwana Bali Golf Course, said to be the Best Golf Resort in Asia, and yet the Villa is only 20 minutes drive from Bali’s International Airport.

Roofed in traditional Balinese tile roof, this one storied villa is comprised of three bedrooms; two on either side of the semi open living area flanked by a 2 tiered pond, and another to the one side of the air conditioned living room. All three bedrooms have its own ensuite bathrooms and all equipped with 33 channeled cable TV.

The living areas of the villa are the best combination of both worlds: indoors and outdoors. The indoor living room is fully air conditioned and houses the sofa area with audio-visual systems housed in cabinets. Entertainment facilities consist of a cable television, DVD player, and stereo system also supplied are a selection of DVDs, books and board games. To the other end of this area sits a long, highly polished teak.

All bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, which has separate shower and tub areas, and also uses Terrazzo through out the floor, tub and washbasin. All bedrooms are equipped with a cable television, making a lazy morning even harder to get up to.

Cooled by gentle breezes and ceiling fans, the style is minimalist and modern and the decor is crisp and fresh. The villa is characterised by a tiled roof, broad white Palimanan stone pillars and thick walls, and the sunny open living area is equipped with a stereo music system and tastefully adorned with local artefacts. Contemporary furnishings, including daybeds accessorised with colourful cushions and a low table, are complemented by a sparkling grey terrazzo floor. A chunky dining table with eight chairs rests adjacent to the pool, where another ceiling fan and bamboo roller blinds are fitted for the comfort of the guests. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen is located at one side, complete with gas hob, microwave and fridge, flanked by a built-in breakfast bar with pendulous lamps.

Also located downstairs is a washroom and toilet with its own private garden planted with heliconia. An open-air shower is situated close to the pool.

An additional guest bathroom is also located on the ground floor with washbasin and toilet.

A parquet staircase leads up to a wide balcony, with a wooden balustrade, overhanging the pool. This three-bedroom Villa at Villa Vitodi is entered via an impressive hand-carved Balinese gate.villa located in Oberoi, Seminyak. Stepping stones lead across a smooth lawn towards a small ornamental pond flanked by bulrushes. This rests in front of a Balinese Hindu feature known as the aling aling, a short screen wall designed to protect the property from troublesome and malign influences, because evil spirits have great difficulty in turning corners. Guests will now find themselves in a walled courtyard garden boasting a charming, deeply cushioned relaxation pavilion known as a ˜bale bengong beside an enticing 8 x 2.5 metre lap pool. The garden is planted with heliconia and a sweet scented frangipani tree. The wide lawn offers an attractive spot for sunbathing and is furnished with three sunloungers, while the remainder of the area is dominated by a large thatched open living and dining pavilion with robust coconut wood pillars and a parquet floor. Cooled by gentle breezes and ceiling fans, the style is minimalist and modern and the decor is crisp and fresh.

The two large air-conditioned upstairs bedrooms are mirror images of each other; each is furnished with a four poster queen size bed with muslin drapes, a dressing table, mirror, bedside tables and lamps, TV and DVD player. The delightful 4.5-bedroom villa known as ‘The Maharaj’, complete with its private 16-metre swimming pool, offers peace and tranquillity in the heart of the Oberoi area, just footsteps away from the beach on Bali’s south-western coast. Upon entering the property through a traditional set of Balinese doors, guests will find themselves in a gorgeous garden punctuated by lotus ponds and planted with mature trees, coconut palms and flowering shrubs,. Boasting contemporary tropical architecture, The Maharaj sleeps 8-9 guests. A villa for relaxation and play, it is perfect for families and discerning couples, offering a captivating blend of luxury, recreation, privacy, and exemplary service.

The Maharaj comprises a spacious 2-storey building with an adjoining open-sided living and dining pavilion, a self-contained single-storey guesthouse, a swimming pool and a relaxation pavilion set within a large walled garden. There are four full-sized bedrooms complete with queen beds and en-suite bathrooms. Additional sleeping space is provided with the inclusion of a fifth bedroom furnished with a single bed intended for use by children or nannies. There is a secure car parking area outside the main entrance.

A dressing area with more fitted cupboards, together with a safe deposit box, is located between the bedroom and the en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is characterised by a magnificent circular terrazzo bathtub; large enough for more than two, it is flanked by a glassless window and looks out onto its own private garden. This garden area is bordered by high walls; it has a pebbled floor and is planted with colourful bougainvillea and sweet scented frangipani. Guests will also enjoy the open air experience of the powerful rainshower, which is sheltered by the roof and features timber decking underfoot. A teak vanity unit complete with cupboards and topped with sparkling ‘his & hers’ polished stainless steel washbasins is located within the indoor section of the bathroom, where there is also a toilet and an abundance of wall mirrors.

The spacious bathroom is linked by a dressing area complete with built-in cupboards. The bathroom features a semi-open air rainshower fitted with bamboo blinds to ensure the privacy of the guests. There is also a toilet, and a teak vanity unit complete with a stainless steel washbowl.
