Castaway is a modern 4 bedroom villa nestled on a breezy hillside in the Bukit peninsula, just 30 min drive from Bali international airport and in close proximity to the Island most beautiful and secluded beaches.

This villa is the perfect place to enjoy a break from a busy lifestyle, to relax and revitalize. The privacy and beauty of the natural surrounding convey a serene resort feeling and the cutting edge architecture and interiors are sure to please style conscious guests with a passion for modern design.

The open plan layout makes the most of the spectacular 270-degree views of the Indian Ocean and surrounding forest.

The villa is set on a 1,000 M2 private ground and is arranged on two levels. The living-dining-kitchen area and two of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Two more bedrooms are on the ground level. Sleek modern interiors provide a luxurious atmosphere, complemented by beautifully landscaped gardens.

The private 13 mt infinity-edge lap pool runs between the living area and a large deck fitted with an outdoor dining table and lounges.

The comfortable living area is accented by colorful custom designed furniture and funky lamps. A solid timber dining table with upholstered armchairs is positioned along a natural stone wall.

The main double bedroom opens directly to the pool and to the ocean and forest views.

It features an upholstered queen size bed, with luxurious satin linen, fur blankets, walls of mirror, natural stone and frameless glass sliding doors. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a double vanity, large shower, and walls of reflective colored glass.

The other 3 double bedrooms & en-suite bathrooms open to private landscaped gardens and feature, bamboo and granite flooring, frameless glass sliding doors, block-out curtains, and plasterboard ceiling.

All bedrooms are fitted with TV, DVD player and cable TV, hidden air-conditioning units, safety deposit box, large wardrobe and desk. A DVD library is available for use by the guests.

The open plan kitchen and bar are fully equipped and an enticing in-house menu offers the opportunity to enjoy fresh meals prepared daily by the villa chef, accompanied by a selection of juices, coffees, cocktails and wines.

The excellent service is swift and discreet to ensure maximum privacy for the guests. Villa staff provides all the household services, cleaning and maintenance of the garden and pool, as well as the security of the property. The friendly manager will meet you on arrival and will be present daily to cater to your needs and to oversee the food and beverage preparation.

Internet connection with USB modem is available for guests with personal laptop computer. Local and International calls can be made with a pre-paid voucher using the villa mobile phone.

Upon request, guests can enjoy in-house massage and reflexology treatments, and we can assist in organizing excursions around the Island in guided car w/driver. For self driven cars there is a secure carport.

Beautiful, white sand beaches are few minutes drive away and the offshore reefs of the Bukit provide the best surfing conditions in Bali. The world famous Uluwatu temple is just 5 km distance. For golf enthusiast the new 17 holes course at Dreamland is 5 min drive and the Nusa Dua course just 20 min. The busy district of Seminyak with its abundance of restaurants, shops and evening hang-outs is 35 min drive. Closest 5 star hotels are the Bvlgari Resort, The Ritz-Carlton and the Four Seasons at Jimbaran.

The splendid Sanur Residence comprises nine bedrooms encompassed within three self-contained buildings set side-by-side in a spectacular beachfront location on Bali south east coast.

The residence is an ideal venue for weddings, parties and events. The expansive terraced garden, set against the stunning backdrop of the Balinese coastline, is the perfect spot for saying I do. The accommodation designed for families and groups of up to eighteen people. The three individual buildings share a number of common facilities including the garden, the 23 x 6.5-meter swimming pool, and a communal dining room serviced by a commercial kitchen where an internationally trained chef and his team cater to the culinary whims of the guests in 5-star fashion.

The Sanur Residence is characterised by contemporary tropical architecture, an abundance of light, huge aluminium-framed picture windows, broad balcony-terraces, and a crisp white decor. Each 2-storey building accommodates up to six people. All three buildings boast different features, but each includes three bedrooms with en-suite marble bathrooms, a living room and dining room with a table for six, a fully fitted kitchen, additional sitting areas and spacious terraces. The beautiful landscaped garden complete with reflective ponds, flat green coastal lawns and a romantic relaxation pavilion is bordered by rice fields, sweet corn and tobacco plantations, and bounded by papaya and banana groves. The property blessed with dramatic views of the coastline and the ocean, stretching all the way from Sanur to Mt Agung in the east. The glorious sunrises in this part of Bali are legendary, and can be enjoyed from the terraces of all three of the buildings that comprise the residence. In the early mornings, the mysterious towering sea cliffs of the neighbouring Nusa Penida Island will be bathed in a warm pink glow. The beach is just 50 metres away and is good for surfing and safe for swimming. It is accessed via a path through the rice fields, and boasts a private timber deck for the use of guests at the residence. From here it is fun to watch the local fishermen going out every day in their colourful jukung outrigger boats.

Every room in the Sanur Residence is air-conditioned and guests also have the option of ceiling fans. Entrances are flanked by ornamental pebble-lined ponds and protected by solid doors that swing open into the cool interiors. Upstairs and downstairs, folding glass doors open onto a plethora of terraces, allowing the cool sea breezes to permeate. Dark wood finishes are complemented by white quilt covers, white soft furnishings and colourful local artwork. Every bedroom features a timber floor and is equipped with a TV with local channels and DVD player, in addition to top quality King Koil mattresses, a telephone, safe deposit box, and an emergency button. Every master bathroom is fitted with a Jacuzzi tub, shower, hairdryer, shaver mirror, electrical shaver socket, and a thoughtful array of shampoo and bath products.

Villa Sanur Residence Building No. 1

Building No 1 is the westerly building of the residence. The open-plan Living Room, Media Room & Dining Room is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a nestle of coffee tables, a dining table, and a flat screen satellite TV and DVD player and music system. The stylish, dark grey floor is composed of non-slip, burned granite. An alternative cosy Sitting Area overlooks the gardens and view.

The integrated Kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob with a stainless steel hood, an abundance of fitted cupboards, a black marble work surface, a family-size stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, toaster and wine rack. There is also a walk-in storeroom.

A powder room with basin and toilet is located next to the open staircase.

The Master Bedroom situated downstairs, furnished with a dark wood queen size bed, a lazy chair, bedside tables and a rug; folding doors open into the garden. The light and airy en-suite marble bathroom features twin washbasins, a coffee and cream marble floor and vanity unit, mirrors, white walls, and a ribbed marble floor that forms the base of the rain shower behind a glass partition. An oversize Jacuzzi bathtub is set in marble beside a big frosted glass window. A dressing area next to the bathroom boasts fitted wardrobes with frosted glass doors and a full length mirror.

Bedroom 2 is located upstairs and is furnished with twin beds with leather headboards, fitted wardrobes, and a comfy cushioned sofa. Glass doors open onto a short timber deck with a swinging bench seat. The en-suite marble bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle behind a glass door, toilet and washbasin. Frosted glass doors slide open to reveal a sunken Jacuzzi tub, shared with the bedroom next door.
Bedroom 3 furnished with a queen size bed, and incorporates a small library with a desk. The en-suite bathroom is a mirror version of the bathroom adjoining Bedroom 2, and once again frosted glass doors slide open to reveal the sunken Jacuzzi tub, shared with Bedroom 2. A precious feature is the huge 5 x 7-metre sunny lava-stone tiled Terrace, accessed from both bedrooms, which are also blessed with wonderful views of the sweeping coastline, Nusa Penida Island, and the neighbouring rice fields.

A unique feature of Building No. 1 is the light and airy basement, which incorporates the Main Dining Room with eight individual tables that can be joined together to create one large table if required. The terraced landscape ensures that even at this level, guests can enjoy the view. Glass doors on three sides open up to create a semi-open air dining experience. There is also a wine cellar and an adjoining powder room with basin and toilet. This dining room is located next to the Full Service Kitchen that caters for the whole residence.

Villa Sanur Residence Building No. 2

Building No. 2 is the centre building of the residence, and is characterised by a cream polished granite floor. It features a raised Dining Area furnished with a richly grained coconut shell dining table and chairs by the Bali-based Italian designer Carlo. The Kitchen is located to one side. It is very similar to the kitchen in Building No. 1, complete with a breakfast bar and high seats.

Four steps lead down to the Living & Media Room, which furnished with two exquisite soft leather sofas and a matching ottoman. A 42-inch plasma screen TV, DVD player provided for the entertainment of the guests. Kids will enjoy sitting on the yielding beanbags. More glass doors open up onto a terrace with a daybed. A powder room with basin and toilet is located next to the living area.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 are both located downstairs, and furnished with queen size beds and fitted wardrobes and share bathroom.

The Master Bedroom, located upstairs, flanked by another generous Terrace, which can also be accessed from a glass door located halfway up the open staircase. This breezy hangout is a great spot for enjoying the sunrise. No expense has been spared with the furnishings of the sumptuous master bedroom. The bed is comprised of a pair of twin beds, and a living area furnished with a coconut shell table by Carlo, sofas, a fridge, and a penshell cabinet. Part of the terrace features a small wooden sundeck furnished with chairs and big umbrella and accessed from the sitting area. The huge en-suite bathroom is fitted with His & Hers washbasins, a rain shower and toilet at one end and a Jacuzzi bathtub at the other end. Large picture windows overlook a rural scene; and open air spaces above the bath and shower ensure a constant airflow.

Villa Sanur Residence Building No. 3

Building No. 3 is the easterly building of the residence, and is characterised by a dark, burnt granite non-slip floor. The Dining Area with a table for six is located next to a wooden deck sheltered by a pergola. The kitchen is very similar to the kitchens in Buildings Nos. 1 & 2, and is located to one side. The Living Area is central, furnished with a large bamboo daybed facing the ocean view.

This is the only building with a separate, self-contained media room a cosy Home Theatre with a 60-inch screen for projecting movies and satellite TV channels. The room furnished with a sofa, beanbags and shelf units.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 are accessed from halfway up the stairs; Bedroom 2 is furnished with twin bed and a futon. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and sofa. Both feature en-suite bathrooms linked by a Jacuzzi bathtub in the same layout as Bedrooms 2 & 3 in Buildings Nos. 1 & 2.

The wide Terrace is accessed from a door on the next level, and is encompassed by a low wall planted with lush green foliage. This terrace can also be accessed by seven steps leading down from the Master Bedroom on the top floor. This master room boasts a sitting area with library and an extended coconut shell desk by Carlo, fitted along the length of one wall. More coconut shell and mother of pearl bedside shelves by Carlo flank the queen size bed. The cream marble en-suite bathroom is similar to the Master Bathroom in Building No. 2 with the addition of the bathtub access, which is in the form of a small bridge traversing the bubbling pebbles of an ornamental pond. Windows on three sides of the Jacuzzi tub take in the awesome view; the modesty of the guests is protected by the provision of blinds.

Garden and Pool

The garden beckons guests to laze in one of the many relaxation areas with a book, or perhaps a cocktail while watching the fishermen and the surfers. It is dominated by an enticing 23 x 7-metre pool, above which rests twin reflective ponds on a slightly higher level. The ponds are filled with crystalline chlorinated water around twin central sections filled with fresh water and lilies. Twisting tri-coloured frangipani trees overhang the timber deck beside the infinity-edge pool, which appears to overflow into the rice fields. On the lowest terrace, raised above the rice field, is a sunken bale relaxation pavilion, facing the view, complete with built-in cushioned seating and a rustic table.

Quiet and safe, The Sanur Residence ideally situated in a rural beachside, setting less than ten minutes from the historical village of Sanur. The recent construction of the Sanur-Kusumba by-pass, from Seminyak to Candidasa, positions the residence within easy driving distance of most of Bali tourist attractions. Upon stepping into this brand new villa, the immediate feeling is one of youthful energy and luxurious comfort. The villa designer touches are instantly evident from the very first sight, color combination of the walls and well placed, carefully selected art objects: modern painting and turn of the century Bali photographs on the walls, and primitive wood/stone carvings that sits on polished wood pedestals. Combined with refined designer furniture, and views of tropical greenery all around, the villa permeates the new beat of Bali.

The modern touch continues into the garden and pool area, merging the inside of the house with the outside surroundings. Locally available volcanic stones called “Batu Candi are used extensively through out the outdoor areas, a perfect example of how the use of natural materials can be adapted into a tropical contemporary design.

The lush tropical garden design takes on an almost geomantic approach, which compliments the contemporary design of the interior. Belonging mostly to the palm and heliconia species, the plants used through out the garden truly reflected the feeling of tropical living. Two Batu Candi sundecks rest at either side of the natural stone pool, one exposed to the sunlight, which is perfect for sunbathing, while the other placed under three mature trees, perfectly suited for lying under the shade for some long neglected siestas.

Roofed in traditional Balinese tile roof, this one storied villa is comprised of three bedrooms; two on either side of the semi open living area flanked by a 2 tiered pond, and another to the one side of the air conditioned living room. All three bedrooms have its own ensuite bathrooms and all equipped with 33 channeled cable TV.

The living areas of the villa are the best combination of both worlds: indoors and outdoors. The indoor living room is fully air conditioned and houses the sofa area with audio-visual systems housed in cabinets. Entertainment facilities consist of a cable television, DVD player, and stereo system also supplied are a selection of DVDs, books and board games. To the other end of this area sits a long, highly polished teak.

The table that enables 8 to sit and dine comfortably. Behind the dinning table is the pantry with minibar, refrigerator, and sink. All around are ceiling to floor windows, which opens up to the semi out door living area, effectively combines the two into one large living space. Here one finds a six-person round.

All floors are made of white Terrazzo tiles divided by glass, which again shows the resourcefulness of the designer when it comes to the combination of materials used. The polished Terrazzos continue into the 3 air conditioned bedrooms, where the feeling of tropical contemporary designs persevered, complete with a split unit air conditioner, wooden built in closets, a personal safety box and large windows and doors opening onto the garden or pool.

All bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, which has separate shower and tub areas, and also uses Terrazzo through out the floor, tub and washbasin. All bedrooms are equipped with a cable television, making a lazy morning even harder to get up to.

Casabelle is located on the Bukit and faces south over the Indian Ocean . You will feel a long way from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas, yet are only 20 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the main shopping and restaurant areas. Secluded beaches are only 10 minutes away where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets and stroll on white sand. An 18 hole championship golf course is 25 minutes away at Nusa Dua, while an 18 hole golf course, New Kuta Golf at the Pecatu Graha complex is only 5 minutes away.

A two story villa overlooking woodland and ocean, Casabelle is an idyllic home away from home. Casabelle has 3 bedrooms inside the main building and a separate guest house. The main building overlooks tropical gardens, a stunning infinity pool and deck.

Casabelle is designed with young children in mind and the pool is fenced off. The Villa Manager, Adri who has studied abroad and is fluent in English, will supervise the in-house staff to ensure that your holiday is as relaxing as possible. On call spa services are available to refresh your body and soul. A car and driver are available on request to take you to the many destinations which Bali has to offer.

Surronding

Dreamland, Padang Padang, Batu Layah, Balangan, Jimbaran and Nusa Dua are the most famous beaches near Casabelle. The secluded white sandy beaches and surf breaks are well known amongst professional surfers. Families can enjoy strolling along the private beaches away from the crowds. Pack a picnic basket and work on your suntan, just make sure you always swim between the flags.

Uluwatu temple is Bali ’s guardian of the south. This ancient temple is situated on the tip of the cliff where, at sunset each day, a magnificent Kecak Dance is held with more than a hundred male dancers, performing the Ramayana epic.

Bali offers a wide variety of world class cuisine, all of which is easily accessible by car. The villa manager will provide details upon request.

Bedroom

Master Bedroom: Located on the second floor of the main building, this bedroom opens on to a spacious terrace with spectacular panoramic views over the woodland canopy and ocean. The terrace is a perfect hideaway to relax or enjoy massages with the sea breeze washing over you. The en-suite bathroom is a feature of the house with a walk-in wardrobe, a stand-alone bathtub and an outdoor shower, surrounded by spectacular views.

Children’s Rooms: The first children’s room has a door connecting it to the Master Bedroom. This room, decorated with moon, stars and with a lot of toys will suit younger members of the family. Next to it is the second children’s room, which is also suitable for other members of the family. The rooms both have double beds and share a bathroom with shower. Extra beds can be provided upon request.

Guest House: This is separate from the main building. It has a Balinese style outdoor shower, private outdoor lounge and a deck that leads to the pool. One of the rooms serves as a lounge area with satellite television, mini bar, safe deposit box and tea/coffee making facilities and also can be converted into a second bedroom.

An infinity salt water pool of 15 by 5 meters is flanked by a deck with sun-loungers which allow you to enjoy the spectacular views. Relax by the pool while staff cater to your needs. If you would like a massage or spa service let the staff know and well trained therapists can be booked and pamper you in the comfort of Casabelle.

An in house cook can provide delicious meals from the fully equipped modern kitchen or the barbeque. You can either eat outside on the terrace or inside with air conditioning for more intimate gatherings. Food and beverages can be pre- requested from an in-house menu.

In the TV Room, a large flat screened television shows all major international channels via satellite. There is also a DVD player with some of the latest movies. Next to it is a reading room which doubles as a childrens’ room which has a lot of games and toys for the younger guests.

Guests can also request a baby cot, Maclaren stroller (suitable for babies up to 20 kg), Peg-Perego car seat (up to 18 kg) , baby monitors and Avent sterilizer.

Villa Bunda is both a luxurious and exquisitely designed private home situated within the 100 hectare Nirwana Bali Golf and Spa resort. There are four air-conditioned bedrooms each with a private bathroom en-suite. The master bedroom has a four poster bed with mosquito net, perfectly designed with warmth and comfort. The focus of the garden is the 17 metre pool with infinity edge. A large sunbathing deck allows bathers to recline in two inches of water, soaking up the rays while keeping cool. In the evening, guests can indulge in a glass of bubbly while being massaged by the nimble jets of water in the Jacuzzi.

Two orbit chairs and eight sun loungers with umbrellas are scattered around the pool area. A traditional bale provides shade in the heat of the day or a welcome resting area for massages or evening cocktails.

Villa Bulan Putih is fully equipped with state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment including a home theatre system with 37″ LCD TV, the full range of international satellite channles and DVD player. Internet facilities are also available.

DINING
A sumptuous breakfast of fruit, locally produced yoghurt, pancakes, toast and eggs is served every day and is included in the daily rate. Other food & beverages can easily be arrange by the Villa Manager and the Chef, your food request can be given in the morning (see terms & conditions). There is also a Villa menu for culinary ideas.

Other meals can be selected in advance from our tempting menu of international favourites and local specialities, from Penne Pomodoro to Nasi Campur. Ingredients are bought fresh every day and meals are whipped up in the villa by our talented chef and his team.

Everyone loves a barbie on a balmy evening, and many guests choose to take advantage of the villa’s top-of-the-range gas barbeque. Chicken, lamb, steak and fresh seafood can be brought from the international local deli’s, whilst fresh seafood can be found at the market in Jimbaran and dished up with a refreshing salad.

Picnic baskets stuffed full of goodies are available for guests making day trips around the island.

Introduction

The Alir is a spacious 4-bedroom estate, nestled beside a river within the beautiful agricultural belt between Seminyak and Canggu on Bali’s southwest coast. The property comprises a main house and two additional guest houses, together with a gym, a relaxation pavilion and a large swimming pool, set in 2800 square metres of beautiful gardens. An omnipresent quality of the property is the abundance of light and space. The graceful architecture of the main two-storey house blends tropical architecture with contemporary design, traditional Indonesian materials, a shingle roof, and recycled teak and bengkirai hardwood floors. The pool house and guest bungalow are traditional Javanese wooden houses that have been lovingly restored and rebuilt.

Location

The Alir is located just five minutes drive from the rugged Berawa Beach renowned for its world-class surf breaks and legendary sunsets and fifteen minutes drive from the trendy Seminyak area, with its wide choice of internationally acclaimed restaurants, chic cocktail bars, exciting nightclubs, lavish spas and elegant boutiques. Just around the corner from the villa is The Canggu Club; Bali’s first and only international private members club; For horse lovers, the Umalas Equestrian Centre is very close by; and Nirwana Golf Course designed by Greg Norman and renowned as one of the best golf courses in Asia is a twenty-minute drive. The villa is thirty minutes from the international airport, and convenient for all of the island’s main shopping malls and tourist attractions, including Tanah Lot, Bali’s most venerated sea temple.

Living Area

The open sided living area is located on the ground floor of the main house. Cooled by natural breezes and pendulous ceiling fans, it lends itself to be an ideal entertainment environment, incorporating a modern open plan kitchen and boasting wonderful views of the terraced gardens. This large airy space is furnished with a solid dining table for eight, created from a single piece of wood, and ideal for dinner parties. There is also a comfortable sofa and two chairs, a coffee table, a funky lantern, and local artefacts and artwork. A staircase leads up to a splendid mezzanine with a recycled teakwood floor and a balcony walkway lined with four statuesque urns. A guest washroom, with toilet and washbasin, is located on ground level to one side of the living area.

Kitchen

The well equipped open plan kitchen features glass fronted wall units and a black marble serving counter. It is here that the staff will prepare and serve delicious meals.

Bedrooms 1 & 2

Two air-conditioned bedrooms are positioned on the ground floor of the main house. Mirror versions of each other, each is accessed by antique doors and each features a warm wooden floor and latticed sliding doors that are reminiscent of the shoji screens of traditional Japanese architecture; when opened the pool deck and garden appears and the interior becomes one with nature. Each bedroom is furnished with a custom made king size bed and a desk, and each has a walk in wardrobe with cupboards, hanging space and a large mirror. Each en-suite bathroom features a tiled floor, and open air area surrounded by a wall with an indoor-outdoor rainshower, unpolished marble walls, a glass washbasin, a toilet, and a large terrazzo bathtub for soaking up those romantic relaxing interludes.

Cinema Room

The air-conditioned cinema room is located at the top of the stairs, to one side of the mezzanine, and accessed by a set of double doors. The room, complete with its soaring roof, is furnished with comfortable cushioned sofas and ottomans, a coffee table and a desk in one corner, it features built-in glass shelving and a floor created from recycled antique timber. This state-of-the-art home theater boasts a huge wall mounted cinema screen, supported by a hi-tech surround sound and music system, and a projector for showing movies and DVDs, in addition to satellite TV channels.

Bar & Pool Table

At the far end of the mezzanine, overlooking the Zen bamboo garden is a semi open-air area with a teakwood bar, together with heavy solid wood bar stools, corner seating and a pool table. To one side is a guest washroom with toilet and washbasin.

Pool House

The pool house rests in an elevated position within the garden. It is accessed by five steps, and characterised by antique teakwood walls and a shingle roof. This enchanting little house is flanked by a raised timber deck, complete with an outdoor bar, a quality sound system, a barbecue area and an outdoor dining table and chairs. Gorgeous antique doors open to reveal a spacious air-conditioned bedroom with an antique teakwood floor, on which rests a custom made king size teak bed, innovative bedside lamps, a large dressing table and a wardrobe under the high, timber-lined roof. Local hand-woven ikat bed linens complete the picture of rustic charm. The semi open air en-suite bathroom features glass shelving, a glass washbasin, rainshower and toilet.

Gym

A two storey building at the far end of the garden houses a downstairs air-conditioned gym and meditation room with sliding glass doors and a polished wood floor. A washroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin is positioned to one side. The serene view of the garden, the lagoon, and the water cascade over the Buddha head statue, sets the perfect scene for both physical challenge and self-reflection.

Bungalow

Located above the gym is a fully restored, air-conditioned teak bungalow, accessed by an external flight of stone steps. With its polished concrete floor, pitched roof and white washed timber walls, this delightful bedroom has the feel of a wooden chalet. It is attractively furnished with a king size bed, bedside lamps, table, chair, and a wardrobe. Sliding doors lead on to an ironwood deck complete with a hammock and table for two. Raised high above the garden, the bedroom and deck affords stunning views all over the estate and the surrounding rice fields, and the breezy deck is a particularly delightful place to relax. The en-suite bathroom has a rainshower, a washbasin on a carved washstand, and a toilet. It features unpolished marble brick walls, and skylights in the roof, which let in plenty of natural light.

Swimming Pool & Gardens

The enticing 18-metre swimming pool is positioned in front of the main house and is ideal for swimming laps. It utilises an advanced salt water filtration system that is soft on the earth and gentle on the skin. It also incorporates a circular champagne plug pool, adding to the delight of tropical living. For those who enjoy lazing beside the pool, the ironwood pool deck is furnished with traditional sunbeds, in addition to two romantic half moon canopied day beds that offer a shaded option. The expansive terraced gardens are characterised by flat terraced lawns, punctuated by beautiful mature trees. In the far corner is a lagoon ablaze with purple flowering water hyacinths and a waterfall that delivers the tranquillity of a tropical oasis. Set back from the swimming pool is a relaxation pavilion with floor cushions, a low table and a beaded lamp.
