Villa Limon is a stylishly appointed three bedroom villa located in the heart of Seminyak, a vibrant district on the southern shores of Bali that attracts sophisticated international travellers. Set within a large garden compound that had retained most of its original trees and native flora, Villa Limon is a private retreat designed to capture the spirit of tropical living.

Inspired by the Balinese concept of outdoor living, Villa Limon is spread across a generous landscape complete with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi that is surrounded by a sun terrace in creamy sandstone. A traditional lounging pavilion is located in one corner of the garden under the trees as cool niche to enjoy a lazy afternoon in cushioned comfort. The main living environment integrates a kitchen and dining area beneath an elevated conical shaped roof in a design that seamlessly blends into the garden. A newly built three bedroom house with all now a days comfort and a modern look. Nicely nested in the hart of the village of Umalas Rumah J & J is an excellent choice if you are looking for a contemporary and up market stay on Bali.

Although there is almost no garden; the design of the house, the pool and the view ensure a great open feeling. The beach area of Seminyak with all the trendy places including the best restaurant and bars to be is on a 5 minutes drive only.

downstairs there is the open living room with the pool in the front. A small, but fully equipped kitchen is in the centre of the living. On the right and on the left side of the living room you will find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is at the second floor. All bedrooms have large ensuite bathrooms

The Villa Inti comprises of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each with separate bathroom en-suites. Two of the bedrooms feature king size beds and the third bedroom has two oversized single beds. There is a spacious lounge area with library, games, plasma television with satellite connection, VCD/DVD and CD players. Internet connection is also available. The living area has a large antique day bed with scattered cushions which overlooks the swimming pool. The dining area seats six people comfortably. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Villa Inti is a traditional designed villa offering both warmth and charm to its guests.

The swimming pool looks out to some spectacular scenery and lush green rice terraces along with pool loungers and umberellas for relaxation. The villa is well suited to couples and families alike. For the infants there is a portable cot that pulls out to be a change table.

With a total of seven staff to cater to your everyday needs, including 2 excellent trained cook and housekeepers, 2 gardeners and pool attendants, 3 security staff and a villa manager.

Each morning a continental breakfast is served in the villa which includes fresh fruit, toast, tea or coffee. All other food and beverage requirements are on personal expense. There is a villa menu available with a selection of both western and Indonesian cuisine. The required food is bought fresh on a day to day basis by the head cook.

Rental rates include daily continental breakfast and private return airport transfers.
