Indah Manis, with 4 bedrooms + 1 kids bedroom, a gym, spa, media room and guest office, provides the bulk of the facilities. Bulan Madu is a completely private 1 bedroom villa attached to the main property and built as a honeymoon suite. The two villas can be rented together or separately. Both include a private pool and 5 star service from our professional and friendly staff.

About Indah Manis

Surrounded by forest and rural scenes, Villa Indah Manis commands breathtaking views spanning the Indian Ocean and the southernmost tip of the island all the way up the west coast past Jimbaran, the airport, Kuta and Canggu, and inland to Bedugul. On a clear day, the awesome vista takes in Mt Batu Karu together with the volcanoes of East Java. This beautiful area boasts some of the most idyllic beaches in Bali, including Balangan, Dreamland, Bingin and Padang Padang. These hidden, white sandy coves are great for both surfers and non-surfers alike.

Designed to maximise the views and catch the cool breezes even at the hottest time of year, the property offers a blend of air-conditioned comfort and tropical open-air living. It is composed of a series of pavilions, with a dramatic 16-metre lap pool, complemented by a flat green lawn, terraces ornamental ponds and water features. All of the bedrooms are equipped with safe deposit boxes and hairdryers, and additional TVs can be provided upon request.

The property is built to be functional, designed around weddings, parties and celebrations. A full service kitchen provides the facilities to cater for up to eighty guests, all of whom can be seated on the terrace. The main garden can accommodate the same number for a Champagne reception, and the open-air bar is also a suitable area for stand-up cocktails. The pool can be covered with a temporary platform to create a dance floor or a stage for a live band. The terrace and lawns are also perfect for dance performances, and barbeques, which are a specialty of the villa. The modern Balinese architecture makes use of local materials, such as white Palimanan stone, teakwood and sandwash, together with ‘sirap’ ironwood shingle for the roofs.

About Bulan Madu

Bulan Madu is a direct translation of “Honey Moon” from Bahasa Indonesia; this romantic villa covers an area of 350 square metres, and is totally private with its own exclusive entrance flanked by elephant welcome statues. Guests staying here will benefit from all of the same 5-star services that are provided at Indah Manis, where romantic candlelit dinners for two are a specialty of Bulan Madu.

Food

Villa Indah Manis boasts a dining service with a wonderful array of international dishes. Many Western meals are available, but we recommend you to try some of the local Balinese dishes for a unique cultural experience! Please click here for sample menu.

Dinner parties and small functions can all catered within the villa for group of maximum 14 guests – please ask the chef or manager for more details at any time of the day, whether you are requesting breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks. Please consult Events Section for weddings and other celebrations.

Special Requests & Dietary Requirements

Should you have a request for a dish not on the menu, or a special dietary requirement, please feel free to ask the chef, who will strive to comply with all of your wishes.

Large Dining Groups

If you have a large group it is advisable that the group dines on the same dish or that you order several dishes to be shared. Please allow at least one day’s notice, and feel free to discuss any requirements with the chef or Villa Manager. Also consult Events Section.

Using the kitchen

If you prefer to do your own cooking, please do not hesitate to make use of the kitchen facilities yourself. We can help you with your shopping during your stay. A small fee will be charged.

Beverages

Villa Indah Manis has a temperature controlled stock of soft drinks, beers, spirits, wines and champagnes. All beverages are charged per drink that you order, except for wine which is charged per bottle. Please also ask the staff if you have any special beverage orders and they will accommodate your needs. The Villas

All five villas are sumptuously appointed with wonderful contemporary design influences offering an intimate retreat experience and their own signature blend of romance, rejuvenation and exotic sensuality. The living and dining areas are open into the pool area while each beautifully appointed bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom.

The Living Rooms

Living rooms offer a semi outdoor lounge with a gourmet kitchen and dining area. Looking out onto a private garden and pool, the living room offers a chance to experience the healthy attributes of Balinese outdoor living.

The Bedrooms

Air-conditioned bedrooms offer guests their own space to relax and unwind. Each bedroom is equipped with LCD TV, cable television, IDD telephone, safety box and en-suite bathroom.

The Bathrooms

Bathrooms feature separate bath tub and showers with double vanities as well as an extensive spa bath menu and luxurious guest amenities.

The Villas
The villas offer total privacy with a blend of outdoor living around the pool and air-conditioned comfort in the bedrooms. Each spacious, luxury villa sits discretely within its own secure walled garden, accessed by a private entrance. Rich fabrics, Indonesian artifacts, modern sculptures and stylish, comfortable furnishings grace polished terrazzo and natural wood floors, while colorful local artwork adorns the walls. The villa is encompassed within a garden compound with its own entrance to ensure ultimate privacy. It is composed of two separate pavilions connected by a covered walkway in a style that is a modern interpretation of a Balinese home. Both pavilions show a sense of proportion in relation to the nee for a balance between rest and recreation. Architecturally Akara Villa embodies tropical elegance and harmonies completely with its surroundings through the use of natural materials such as wood and stone.

Bali Villa Fortuna is a 1 bedroom villa with private pool located 10 minutes drive to the Centre of Ubud. Surrounding by the rice fields, perfectly for a honeymoon couples. Booking Villa Fortuna

Laksmana Garden Villas or ‘LGV’ is a contemporary Balinese-style enclave of four private villas set within the luxurious Laksmana Villas private estate. Each villa features its own private swimming pool, and all villas are supported by an on-site, full service master kitchen, designed to look after all of the villas with a team of chefs who will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner; the kitchen is operative 24 hours for the provision of snacks and refreshments.

Designed by Dean Kempnich, with landscaping by Anto Kusnanto, the LGV style blends modern Balinese architecture with minimalist design, local materials, colourful décor and sumptuous fabrics. All of the villas are completely self-contained and secure, heralded by welcome statues and chiseled paras-stone private entrances, which are linked by a walled lane lined with green foliage. All bedrooms have cable TV with DVD/CD players. Each villa boasts a separate staff entrance leading directly into the villa kitchen, allowing a greater element of privacy for the guests.

Villa Solo

Villa Solo was named after the historic sultanate city of Solo in Central Java. This single-storey 1-bedroom villa is comprised of two pavilions and a swimming pool nestled within a sunny, walled, courtyard garden. A timber poolside sundeck is furnished with two sunloungers and an umbrella. Stone-carved waterspouts provide the serene and constant sound of running water, and the pretty garden is planted with flowering trees and shrubs.

A connecting door links Villa Solo to the 2-bedroom Villa Kawi, joining the two properties, when required, to form a 3-bedroom villa.

Villa Kawi

Villa Kawi was named after a spiritual mountain in East Java, a place where pilgrims seek to increase their worldly blessings.

This single-storey 2-bedroom villa is comprised of two pavilions positioned on either side of a swimming pool, within a walled courtyard garden. One pavilion houses the two bedrooms, and the other pavilion houses the living and dining area and open-plan kitchen. A timber sundeck at the other end of the pool is furnished with two sunloungers and an umbrella. Stone-carved waterspouts provide the serene and constant sound of running water, and the pretty garden is planted with a sweet scented frangipani tree, and bordered by giant taro leaves.

A connecting door links Villa Kawi to the 1-bedroom Villa Solo, joining the two properties, when required, to form a 3-bedroom villa.

Villa Toba

Villa Toba was named after Lake Toba in Indonesia’s North Sumatra Province; it is the largest lake in all of Southeast Asia, and Villa Toba boasts the largest swimming pool in the LGV enclave.

This single-storey 2-bedroom villa is comprised of two pavilions positioned on either side of a swimming pool within a sunny, walled, courtyard garden. One pavilion houses the two bedrooms, and the other pavilion houses the living and dining area and open-plan kitchen. A striking feature is the magnificent Palimanan stone frieze, hand-carved in Balinese Sanskrit, and located on the garden wall at one end of the pool. Villa Ubud

Villa Ubud was named after Bali’s artistic cultural town, set in the central foothills, about one hour’s drive from Laksmana Garden Villas. This 2-bedroom villa is comprised of one single-storey and one 2-storey pavilion, together with a swimming pool, nestled within a sunny, walled, courtyard garden. A timber poolside sundeck is furnished with two sunloungers and an umbrella. Stone-carved waterspouts provide the serene and constant sound of running water, and the pretty garden is planted with flowering trees and shrubs.

The open-sided living and dining pavilion features a soaring roof supported by richly grained coconut wood pillars above a cool terrazzo floor. Ceiling fans and gentle breezes keep this area cool, and bamboo blinds can be dropped for privacy and shade. Looking out over the tropical garden and pool, this area is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the laid-back lifestyle for which Bali has become so famous. The pavilion is tastefully furnished with a deeply cushioned rattan lounge suite, green scatter cushions, a blue painting, a coffee table, a dining table for four, and an arching chrome standard lamp. The pavilion also integrates an open-plan kitchen, immediately adjacent to the dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a marble worktop, a two-burner gas hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, shelves, storage cupboards, and a good range of utensils.

The stylish, air-conditioned bedroom is accessed by full length glass doors. It features a terrazzo floor under a soaring pitched roof, and is furnished with a canopied queen size bed, large comfy chairs, shelf units, table lamps, a teak desk, and a wardrobe. The bedroom is also equipped with a flat screen cable TV, a DVD/CD player, a safe deposit box, and an STD telephone. The olive décor is complemented by a sumptuous Jim Thomson silk bedcover and rich silk cushions in co-coordinating tones of olive and brown. This spacious bedroom also incorporates a study area with a cushioned daybed, a deep pile floor rug, and colourful artwork adorning the wall.

The en-suite garden bathroom is spacious and airy, featuring marble walls and glass partitions. Planted with yucca palms, it boasts a terrazzo vanity unit, ‘his and hers’ washbasins, a separate powerful raindrop shower, a white bathtub with a marble surround, a toilet, a hairdryer, a shaving mirror, and a large wall mirror. Beautiful white potted orchids complete the picture!

Villa Bali Asri 1
This palatial villa is located on the first of the line. Its luxurious bedroom is dressed with a king sized bed, best linens, wooden floor, smooth feather pillows, and a nice en-suite with bathtub. It can be accessed from the living area and it is also opened to the garden and crystal swimming pool. On the same structure is placed the open style living area which is designed to maximize view to the garden, the kitchenette and dining area (with 4 seats).

The pool is equipped with a Bale, and two sun-loungers. It is a real good place to spend beautiful days.

Villa Bali Asri 1 and Villa Bali Asri 2 open up to each other through a door located between the 2 common gardens, resulting in a 3-bedroom villa. On any occassion, this is nice for a family trip when parents want to stay secluded from other family.
