This contemporary Asian-influenced villa provides an open-air lodging from which to escape the bustle of downtown and retire into ones own private world. A traditional village of Banjar Padang and paddy fields are framing the access ways to Villa Baliku.

The villa was carefully designed in minimalist modern, accented with touches of Balinese elements and selective usage of natural materials. Two semi-separate buildings constitute the main living areas of the villa, separated by an open lawn and swimming pool, and natural Palimanan tiled walkways.

The main building consists of a living area, dining area for 6 people and a kitchen. The living area is adjoining with the master bedroom with a large private ensuite bathroom. The design is dedicated to have true tropical living experience, maximizing enjoyment of soothing breeze against the burning sun.

A cute dining terrace is located to the far left of the structure, allows the guests to have an easy and nice breakfast by the pool. The second bedroom and third bedroom, each one with large ensuite bathroom, are situated in the second building. All the bedrooms features queen-sized bed, are air-conditioned, and can be opened up by sliding glass doors if fresh air is desired.

Garden in the front-yard was landscaped with only few large trees to maximize enjoyment of sun burn and breeze flow. 7 meters swimming pool as the centre-point offers poolside deck with sun-loungers.

In addition to dedicated housekeeping, maintenance, and security, the price you pay also includes daily continental breakfast, airport return transfers, local government taxes, and daily in-house laundry. Outside the gate are private parking area for three cars and security station.

Accommodation

Villa Baliana is a centrally located two storey solid brick, 3-bedroom home set on a 1,000 m2 block with around 150 m2 of living space.

Master Bedroom

This master bedroom features a double bed, a built-in wardrobe. This fully air-conditioned bedroom opens onto the back terrace with a beautiful outlook of the garden and swimming pool. It is equipped with a private en-suite bathroom fitted with toilet, hand-basin shower, hot and cold running water.

The other two bedrooms are also air-conditioned. Both bedrooms have a separate doorway leading to a shared en-suite bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and hand-basin. One bedroom is fitted with a double bed & the other with two single beds.

Living Area

The downstairs living area also opens onto the back terrace that runs across the entire end of the house, with views of the garden & swimming pool. The lounge area is L-shaped and is comfortably furnished.

Kitchen

The kitchen opens onto part of the living area that is furnished with a low table with cushions, that also serves as the indoor dining area which is part of the L-shaped living room.

Swimming Pool

The ‘figure eight’ shaped swimming pool (10 mtr X 5 mtr) is blue tiled and has a maximum depth of 1,50 metres and 1,00 metres at the shallow end. It is perfect for entertaining & general family leisure. There is also a small section of the pool which is divided off from the main swimming area by an underwater tiled wall, – designed for small children to bathe in safety, and has a depth of 70 cm.

In the garden a detached pavilion / pergola serves as the outdoor dining area (seats 6), overlooks the pool and garden

A small kitchen is positioned off the entrance hallway and is adjacent to the living area. It is fully equipped with a gas stove / oven, refrigerator, water filter and ample cupboard storage.

Bali Mangrove forests is about 1343.5 hectares situate at Forest Park Ngurah Rai, Bali, became the best of mangrove forests in Indonesia, even in Asia.

The group of experts who have a close look at mangrove area Raya Bali Park South, among others from Japan, Germany, Philippines, Italy and the United States.

Delegation of the Philippines for example, eleven members consisting of mangrove experts for a comparative study on environmental management, particularly the coastal region.

A delegation led by expert advisors Philippines Coastal Environmental Problems Rolando L. Metin during a visit to Bali to look closely the development of mangrove forests.

Similarly, delegates from other countries held a meeting specifically with the Central Mangrove Forest Management and Forest Service Bali and a close look at the various activities in the region.

AAN Buana added, Bali became a pilot project of mangrove forest development, cooperation with the Ministry of Forestry of Indonesia “Japan International Cooperation Agency-JICA” Suwung mangrove area, south Bali.

Projects initiated since 1993 were considered successful enough to develop and preserve various types of TAMANAN, even some of them contain the potential for medicine to cure the disease.

Area of 1343.5 hectares was arranged in such a way, connected with the path, so that became a place of recreation for city dwellers and tourists Denpasar.

Local communities are also used to make the mangrove forest area as a place of recreation such as fishing.

Mangrove forest area extends its location on the south coast beaches of Bali, around Benoa Harbor area until near Ngurah Rai airport, planting is still done on an ongoing basis.

Mangrove forest area intensively handled by 42 workers, half of them technical workers Mangrove Forest Management Center, and two experts from Japan, he said.

Bali has an area of mangrove forest area 1373 ha, up to now still planting and maintenance effort, the hope can serve as “lungs” of the city.

Living Pavilion

The large two-storey living pavilion incorporates two living areas on two different levels.
The downstairs open-sided living room is encompassed by fish ponds and a timber deck. This breezy raised pavilion presides over the pool and garden and its marble floor is gracefully furnished with an Oriental rug, lazy chairs, sofa, standard lamp and a coffee table. A 42-inch, flat screen, multi-channel TV, DVD, CD player and radio stereo system is discretely housed within a wooden cabinet, and there is also a comprehensive collection of videos, books and games. The decor is enhanced by some colorful local artwork and artifacts; a ceiling fan helps to keep the area cool and blinds can be dropped for privacy.

A guest washroom is located downstairs, just off the living room

The upstairs lounge is accessed from the dining room, via a sliding door that leads onto a Palimanan stone staircase. This peaceful lounge is another wonderful, breezy open-air space. It features a teakwood floor under a soaring thatched roof, and is furnished with wide opium daybeds, a pair of leather Kartini chairs and an Oriental rug. Boasting a splendid view of the garden and the river valley extending to the ocean, this is a great area for chilling out and relaxing with a book. Every need is considered with the additional provision of a ceiling fan.

Work Room

An all-glass Cathedral window extends from the roof to the ground floor, and separates the upstairs lounge from the air-conditioned work room. This delightful study presents a teak desk with a computer and internet access for the use of the guests. An eye-catching painting adorns one wall, and a long Oriental rug rests on the warm timber floor, together with leather-upholstered Kartini chairs and a bookcase full of magazines. To one side of the work room is an open-air stone terrace surrounded by a balustrade.

Dining Room

The air-conditioned dining room is linked to the downstairs Living Room by two sets of Palimanan stone steps. With a marble floor, and large glass sliding doors on three sides, the room has an open feeling; it is furnished with a dining table for eight, and fitted with a glass-fronted teak cabinet.

Kitchen

The small but well-equipped air-conditioned kitchen is conveniently positioned next to the dining room. It features a marble service counter, marble work tops and teakwood wall cabinets. On the far side of the kitchen is an attractive water court, with large stepping stones across the fish pond. Carved water-spouting griffins create a serene ambiance with the constant sound of running water.

Bedrooms

Villa Leha-Leha is equipped with four self-contained bedroom suites, each located in private thatched pavilions and each one linked to its own indoor bathroom and private outdoor shower. Two of the bedrooms boast private plunge pools, and two are supplied with music systems. Each marble-floored, air-conditioned bedroom is furnished with a queen-size four poster canopied bed, a chair, bedside tables and lamps, while bold local artwork adorns the walls. Dressing areas, with fitted cupboards and walls mirrors, lead into marble bathrooms each complete with twin washbasins, a bathtub, an indoor shower and a toilet hidden behind a teak door. Each bathtub is positioned beside a picture window with doors opening into a small private walled garden. These doors can be opened to create an alfresco bathing experience, and there is also an open-air shower in each of the private gardens.
A fifth bedroom (without en-suite bathroom), furnished with up to four extra single beds, is ideal for children.

Garden and Swimming Pool

The beautiful landscaped gardens of Villa Leha-Leha are planted with sweet scented flowering shrubs and tropical trees. The free form, infinity-edge swimming pool overhangs the river valley and is flanked by a stone pool deck. At one end of the pool are some sunken stone bar stools flanking a pool bar with an attractive ironwood shingle roof.

Bayuh Sabbha is situated on the Bukit Peninsula, fifty metres above sea level on the cliffs that overhang Bingin beach, the property commands heart-stopping, spectacular views of the ocean and the southern regions of Bali .

The location is 30 minutes from the International Airport, 20 minutes from the restaurants and 5 star hotels of Jimbaran and Nusa Dua, and 45 minutes from the Seminyak / Oberoi area.

Accommodation

The layout of the property utilises and divides space, maximising the cliff top frontage. A group of fifteen people could stay at the villa and still lose each other in its depths. The staff quarters, laundry, and the fully equipped kitchen are located at the back, leaving every room to enjoy the wonderful ocean view. Approached via a 600-metre cobbled pathway, visitors are greeted by a pair of antique doors set within a traditional Balinese gateway constructed of limestone and Bengkirai (Ironwood). Stepping stones wend across a beautiful water court; a lotus pond ablaze with pink and white blossoms. Tiny islands support sweet-scented frangipani trees punctuated by the distinctive pattern of lily pads; while gentle ripples originate from a soothing fountain beside clusters of noble bulrushes.
