The Arsana Estate

The meandering Sungi River runs through the foot of the property and reflects the feng shui that pervades throughout the estate. Choose your sanctuary to unwind; a bamboo shaded rock by the riverside on top of sunset hill as the day leaks away. The Estate is tiered on three levels: the villas with a stunning view of the entire valley and the mountains in the distance; the living areas set amongst the tree tops, and the pool and pool house overlooking the Sungi River .


Villa Pantulan

In the quiet, unspoiled village of Lodtunduh, three kilometers south of Ubud, Villa Pantulan overlooks verdant rice fields and Mount Batukaru. From the moment our gates are opened, you enter a world of enchantment, seclusion and tranquility, far from the noisy, crowded beach hotels and busy roads of Bali. Villa Pantulan comprises four pavilions, an artists studio and a meditation/massage bale. All buildings have traditional alang alang roofs (thatched), wood and terrazzo floors. The five bedrooms, which sleep ten comfortably, have sliding louvered and glass doors that open up completely to allow the cool mountain air to circulate and all rooms have ceiling fans.


Villa Mattise

The riverside Villa Mattisse is hidden away in the heart of the traditional fishing village of Seseh, just footsteps away from the beach on Bali southwest coast. The villa can accommodate up to ten guests; there are four double bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms, and a fifth bedroom with a single bed. Two of the bedrooms are situated within self-contained guest houses in the garden, and there is also a large swimming pool that almost seems to overflow into the river. The style is unashamedly romantic, and the funky colonial architecture is enhanced by a thatched roof and a bold black, white and silver decor.
