Villa Artis is a well appointed five bedroom villa located in the rural village of Umalas. Approximately 15 minutes to Bali’s International airport and a short drive to all the Seminyak facilites. Each bedroom is air-conditioned with a unique design each with personal bathroom.

The beautiful Villa M is hidden away in the rice fields, just ten minutes’ drive from Berawa beach on Bali’s south western coast. Offering guests a choice of renting options, this 4-bedroom retreat covers 2,000 square metres of land and is comprised of two self-contained villas, each with a private entrance and a private pool.

The beautiful villa known as Legenda is situated in the rice fields just steps from the Indian Ocean at Berawa Beach southwest coast, a perfect location which is close to every amenity guests might need, yet it presents a fascinating insight into the life of rural Bali. In 10 minutes guests can be in the center of busy Seminyak which famously presents an exciting nightlife, trendy boutiques, luxurious spas, and internationally acclaimed restaurants and clubs.

Villa Perelà offered a comfortable dinning area rests beside cooling swimming pool on the first floor. Terrazzo stairs lead to an ‘ultra avant-garde’ living area where offered you a wide view to relax, hear and watch european movies. Each bedroom is equipped with en suite bath and distinguished by its furnishing, simple and contemporary art objects and unique view. One of the bathrooms has large terrazzo bathtub and are set in their own garden, two of the bathrooms have standard bathtub and another two bathrooms equipped with shower only. Other common areas include a fitness room, a detached viewing platform ideal for morning meditation or yoga as well as late afternoon cocktails, and a detached dining area surrounded by balconies. Coraffan’s air-conditioned TV room has a full bathroom so that it can be used as a fifth bedroom if needed. Coraffan also has a fully appointed kitchen with staff quarters and a parking area with a security post.
