Istana Semer has for many years been considered one of Bali most luxurious villas available for rental accommodation. It is the Classic Villa. Set in beautifully landscaped, tropical gardens with views over terraced rice paddies, the position of the house enables one to enjoy the ocean breezes, as well as the famous Bali sunsets. Within the gardens there is a temple, bale (traditional Balinese pavilion), sun beds, lotus ponds, 15-meter swimming pool, children playhouse, and a leveled lawn area for sports as such as volleyball, or croquet. The house itself is positioned around gardens and ponds with rooms joined by canopied walkways.

The Villa Inti comprises of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each with separate bathroom en-suites. Two of the bedrooms feature king size beds and the third bedroom has two oversized single beds. There is a spacious lounge area with library, games, plasma television with satellite connection, VCD/DVD and CD players. Internet connection is also available. The living area has a large antique day bed with scattered cushions which overlooks the swimming pool. The dining area seats six people comfortably. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Villa Bayad is a spacious, luxurious 4 bedrooms villa, designed by Popo Danes, one of the most renowned architects in Southeast Asia. The villa is traditionally laid out as a compound, the 4 bedrooms being separate houses beside the main house, all connected by flower-covered pergolas. From every room there is a beautiful view across the surrounding rice terraces to Bali’s sacred volcano in the horizon.
