Villa Bali Asri is a unique new group of 11 luxuriously-appointed villas located in the heart of Seminyak, walking distance to the Seminyak beach, near the Sofitel and Oberoi hotel. The stylish 3 bedroom villa is an ideal family vacation home. Built on 400 m of land and completed in 2008, it is used regularly by the owners so is well looked after. Designed in a mixed Balinese and Javanese style, it offers outdoor Bali style living at its best.

Villa Anthony Widiadari consists of 2 separate buildings. The main building has a spacious living area with an exit to the garden and the swimming pool. From the garden the visitor has a breath-taking view of the surrounding rice paddies. Next to the living area is the cooking area. The cooking experience is augmented by top of the line and modern equipment (cooker, microwave, blender, toaster, etc). From the kitchen the guests have access to the cosy dining area.

Eight private villas, each with two bedrooms are set in immaculate walled gardens, with private pool, a semi outdoor lounge area with a gourmet kitchen, dining area and air-conditioned bedrooms. Modeled after traditional houses found in Bali and Java, the villas are built, furnished and decorated using local timber, tiles, fabrics and artifacts-blended with a modern minimalist edge.

Lakshmi Villas are a private, luxury oasis in the heart of the fashionable Seminyak area of Bali. Located approximately twenty minutes drives from the airport, the villas are a short 100 meter walk to Bali’s best restaurants, shops, nightspots and beachfront cafes. Built as a contemporary Balinese-style enclave, the property is composed of four private villas set within the luxurious and secure Laksmana Villas private residential estate.
