Villa Surya is a private luxury home situated in the 100 hectare Bali Nirwana Golf Resort comprising of three air-conditioned bedrooms.
The word Surya comes from the ancient Balinese language meaning sun. Enter the villa through traditional Balinese gates where palimanan stepping stones are surrounded by landscaped tropical gardens and fish ponds. The villa allows its guests to relax and enjoy a truly Balinese setting with views of the Greg Norman designed golf course and the Indian Ocean.

The villa entrance is through traditional Balinese gates and a palimanan stepping stone path leads you to the villa. The lush tropical landscaped garden, with scented frangipani, swaying palms and fishpond with stone fountain, provides a fragrant and serene environment. The living room is air-conditioned with comfortable couches, satellite television, DVD and CD players also IPOD speaker. The dining room seats 6 persons and is tastefully decorated with antiques and natural furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a refrigerator, cook-top, oven and microwave.

Villa Nirwana is perfectly situated in the heart of Le Meridien, Nirwana Resort & Spa built within a 100 hectare complex. The villa is along-side the famous 18 hole par 72, Greg Norman designed, signature golf course. Approximately 45 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from the popular dining and shopping area of Seminyak. This two story spacious luxury villa (350 m2 living area) has recently been redesigned by the renowned Javanese designer Hidajat and combines modern Asian, Balinese and Javanese and so-called primitive East-Indonesian Island interior design to give you 5 star exclusive feel in all its simplicity.

Villa Bunda is both a luxurious and exquisitely designed private home situated within the 100 hectare Nirwana Bali Golf and Spa resort. Enter the villa through traditional Balinese gates where you will find lush tropical gardens accompanied by fish ponds which sit either side of the front door allowing each of its guests to experience a peaceful ambience. The living and dining area at Villa Bunda features large comfortable sofas, a dining table which seats eight persons comfortably, a plasma television with cable connection, DVD player, Bose surround sound system, IDD telephone and computer internet connection. The villa interior features some elegant pieces from Warisan, Vinoti and other parts of Indonesia and the world.

The Arsana Estate is located in Tohjiwa, one of the prettiest villages in Bali, set amidst the rice fields of the Tabanan Regency and perched amongst a set of lush terraces overlooking a raw tropical jungle backdrop. Only a mere thirty minutes drive from Bali’s stylish centre, The Arsana Estate is awaiting your own hidden valley hideaway, a perfect escape from the stressful pace of everyday life. Arsana means ‘flow’ in Sanskrit, a language close to the hearts of the Balinese Hindu locals. The meandering Sungi River runs through the foot of the property and reflects the feng shui that pervades throughout the estate. Choose your sanctuary to unwind; a bamboo shaded rock by the riverside on top of sunset hill as the day leaks away. Villa Ocean & Golf features a master bedroom with a king sized four poster bed with ensuite, bathtub, standing shower and steamer, the second bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite and the third bedroom has two single beds with ensuite. There are televisions in all bedrooms with cable connection. Downstairs is a large air-conditioned lounge and dining area with a plasma television with satellite channel connection, CD/DVD players, a movie library, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, garage and a 4-seater electric golf buggy for use around the 100 hectare resort.
