The Halcyon Villas at Jimbaran Bay are located close to the beach between The Four Seasons and the Ritz Carlton Hotels. With spectacular views over both coasts of Bali’s southern tip, The Villas at Jimbaran are ideally placed for the golfer, with the championship Bali Golf and Country Club only minutes away. Some of Bali’s best beaches are close by at Jimbaran Bay and Nusa Dua with golden sand beaches, great seafood restaurants and plenty of water sports. And for surfers you can test your skills at the famous “Ulu” beach or one of the other top quality reef breaks in the area.

Kuta beach is 15 minutes away, offering something for everyone; world class shopping, dining and entertainment for young and old any time of the day or night.

Halcyon Villas at Jimbaran Bay are 12 beautifully appointed homes in a secure private estate close to the beach and the Four Seasons Resort in the south of Jimbaran Bay. There are two types of villa available each set in its own private, lush tropical garden; Villa Type 1 and Villa Type 2.

The Halcyon Villas

Villa Type 1 ( Deluxe Villa )
331.7 m2 of built up area on plots ranging from 564 to 656 m2. Built in traditional style, with beautiful finishes, these villas offer total privacy and exclusivity with a combination of outdoor living around a 43 m2 swimming pool and air conditioned comfort in all bedrooms.

Villa Type 2 ( Master Villa )
363.4 m2 of built up area on 5 plots of 626 m2 and one plot of 689 m2. Built in traditional style, with beautiful finishes, this villa offers total privacy and exclusivity with a combination of outdoor living around a 49 m2 swimming pool and air conditioned comfort in all bedrooms. Aside from the larger plots, this villa also has a 25 m2 second floor living area with views out over the harbour and the ocean beyond.

The estate will have a private members club with a place to socialize outside of the privacy of your luxury villa. Golf buggies will be available onsite to ferry guests to the beach at the bottom of the hill.
