Villa Cottage Place is a luxurious 3 bedroom villa, with private swimming pool, set within its own secure compound which ensures complete privacy.

The property is comprised of three separate buildings, quintessentially Balinese in design, and situated around the landscaped grounds.

Situated in the Oberoi district, a short walk from the beach and within easy reach of the restaurants, nightlife and shopping of Seminyak, the villa offers a haven of peace and tranquility, the perfect environment for unwinding and relaxing.

Tucked away down a quiet lane, the villa offers you a haven of peace and tranquility, away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta, yet remains within easy walking distance of many of Bali’s most popular restaurants and shops.

Conveniently located for the beach, restaurants, nightlife and shopping, Villa Cottage Place is 25 minutes drive from Bali’s International Airport.

With its open living area surrounded by a lush tropical garden, Villa Cottage Place epitomizes tropical living at its best, a carefree and relaxing lifestyle.

The fully air-conditioned sleeping quarters contains three double bedrooms and a study. On the ground floor, the master bedroom has French windows opening onto the garden, a queen size four poster bed and an ensuite garden bathroom with bathtub.

The study which connects with the master bedroom doubles up as an indoor lounge suitable for children to watch TV or DVDs and can be used as an additional sleeping area for young children up to ten years old. A guest toilet is adjacent to the study. The stairway is incorporated into the study and leads to the first floor bedroom which has a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a balcony. The third bedroom has a lumbung style roof, twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. All three bedrooms are suitable for adult couples.

The villa also includes staff quarters comprising a fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining laundry room/office.

The two main buildings look out onto the garden which is the focal point of the property. A ten meter peanut-shaped swimming pool is fed by a waterfall and surrounded by a sundeck with sun loungers and a bale with mattress and cushions for those who prefer to relax in the shade.

The property has been designed to provide a variety of different places where one can sit and relax, read a book, have a massage or simply meditate among the beautiful surroundings. Throughout the property, Balinese craftsmanship and attention to detail is apparent in the many wood and stone carvings that adorn the premises.
